Activations and deactivations of packages are happening with out any intimation from me in my account.

Please check the history mail for clear understanding, i faced this in the past ,any times and again now facing the problems.

if you cant provid eme the permanent solution this time, i will completely close this account and i will look for another service providers

I am not satisfied with their solution. The problem repeated again.

I WANT TO ESCALATE TO HIGH LEVEL MANAGER.

Again the same problem repeated today morning, “FERRARI KISWARI” package has been activated with out my intimation through phone or email.

1. I want refund of this amount and also i want to know from which number the request has been came.

2. Last week the JUMBO SPORTS PACK has been deactivated with out my permission and after that i reactivated only “Star Cricket”. I want to know who did this deactivation request and from which mobile number you got this request..

3. Also am not getting any phone or email alerts to my mobile number/email id, please i wanted to get all alerts to my mobile number 9885968469 and to email [email protected]

And also i need a permanent solution for this, so that all the
activation and deactivation of packages should be done only when we
contact sutomer care executive through the above mentioned numbers only or only through this registerd email id ([email protected]), i dont want any activation/deactivation directly during IVR with out conforming my details.

Please understand my problem and do the need full asap.
