Dear Sir/Madam

I am shocked to receive the Marathi Edition of Rhonda Byrne’s Book “THE SECRET” to day that too seems to be a second hand Book since there are dot pen marks on many pages inside. I believe INDIA TIMES is a unit of prestigious TIMES OF INDIA Group. Such irresponsible Act from INDIA TIMES is unexpected. Further, it seems to be an intentional Act for the following reasons that

a. Although i had ordered two Books of the same Author 1.THE MAGIC & 2. THE SECRET vide my above order
on same day against your consolidated offer for both the books. But you despatched both the books
separately on separate dates. THE MAGIC was couriered through ARAMEX vide their C/N No.4376697824(
received by me on 19.07.2012). And THE SECRET was couriered through FIRSTFLIGHT vide their C/N
No.LD3192806 ( Received by me today i.e.,20.07.2012). The reason for sending both the books separately
raises suspicion under the circumstances, since the first Book THE MAGIC was in English as per the Order &
the 2nd Book THE SECRET is in MARATHI Language.

b. How can you send a MARATHI Edition against an order for English Edition that too from Kolkata, West
Bengal?

c. Why the said Book THE SECRET contains dot pen Marks inside many pages, if it is a fresh copy?

This incidence has not only shocked but scared me too much to place further Orders in respect of Books as well as many electronic gadgets like Cell Phones & Cameras. Because there is no surety, if will get proper Items as per your Offer. Further i tried nos of time today to contact your customer care executive over phones but could not succeed since every time i was kept waiting for more than 5 minutes on an STD call.

I hope that you will immediately look in to the matter and arrange for replacement of the Marathi Edition of Rhonda Byrne’s book THE SECRET with a fresh copy of it’s English edition.
