i had purchased 2 jeans (rs473 each totalling to rs946 and cash on delivery charge rs50 extra) online from mginger.com.my order number 258081 on 9/29/2012.i told them in written that i need blue jeans and they even replied to it and told that ur jeans wuld be blue! today when they delivered it i found there was only 1 jeans in the parcel and that too of black colour! i tried to call their numbers which they gave on bill both the lines were busy! i even emailed to their support number but all in vain! i request you to please look into the matter! its not about money but about the fraud!
