Octroi fradulant of Safe Times P&M

During the transit of my household items from Airoli (Navi Mumbai) to Vadodara (Boroda) in Gujarat on account of my co. transfer with transit reimbursement (with Octroi Extra), I was asked to pay Rs.6000 (on basis of 4% on insured value of items) as Octroi for crossing the TMC octroi naka by Safe Times Packers & Movers, Airoli (Head office at Pune) along with basic charges, service tax & LR form charges. When I was demanding the Octroi Receipt,
safe times has assured me that it will available after 15 days since it has come from an agent. I had believed in their words & paid it upfront itself. But after following with them for 3 weeks, I have discovered that Safe Times have cheated me. Hence I recommend all (esp. cities like Mumbai & Pune) for not availing the services of Safe Times Packers & Movers at all.
