Number ported to someone else in idea network

Hi,
I was using reliance number for last 10 years. Now that I was trying to port it to airtel network, reliance customer service representative gave it to someone else under idea network without my permission.
i submitted the port request on 8th November and they gave it to someone else on 11th November. While I was in continous touch with them they kept telling me to wait until i finally got it know it is there with someone else.

This is not acceptable. My number is important to me, how all of a sudden they can give it to someone else. I have already been through a lot of trouble because of this. Please resolve this issue ASAP and give me back my number.
