Number not Activated (Still Pending from 25 days)

Dear Idea Care,

I would like to inform you that i m Rahul Gulati & i have an Idea number 9911153854 from last 6 years.Recently i was visiting to idea care (Ekta Communication Shop No. 295) Samaipur, Delhi – 110042 for Convert my Number from Postpaid to Prepaid as on 23 nov 2012 and the Idea care Agent give me Reference number which is 115633146.And after that I was submitted my All documents to Idea Care with ID , Photo & dully Signed and then Idea care Agent given me New Idea Sim which serial number is 89910 48012 11008 37555 . After that he told me your new Sim will be Activated in 4 working days.But now on Till 17th Dec 2012 but my number is not activated and when i talk to Idea care (Ekta Communication Shop No. 295) Samaipur, Delhi – 110042 he told me your documents has been submitted in Idea.and after that when i talk to your Idea customer care they told me we have not Received Your document yet.I was Visited 4 to 5 Times to your Idea Showroom but the Agent Always asked me “I was done my Job Properly & your Issue is Pending from Idea Customer care or if any Problem Go to Head office of IDEA”.

So, Now tell me what can I do.

I humbly request you to Please take a necessary Action & Activate My Number ASAP .otherwise i will take another action to you , If any query please call me on this number 9716280261
