number disconnected without any information

I am using tata docomo cdma number 9255589999 from 6 years. They had disconnected my number today(19/7/2013) without giving any information to me. When i reached tata docomo outlet, they told me that your number is disconnected since 2011 and the number cannot be reactivated. plz help me, i need this number very urgent .
