Notice regarding outstanding dues for Service (Data card service)

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO PHOTON

summary:-
my data card was lost in december 2011 and i have loudge a complaint to customer care center of tata docomo photon, to temporaty deactivate and disconnected all the services and they deactivated that and provided a request no. quoted that 292354875. since then i am not using the service but in the month of may i received a notice letter for the payment of rs. 767 only for the month of May 2012. and they are calling to my personal cell no. 9928991362 again and again. request you to kindly help me in this situtation as if i am not using the service then why do i need to pay? and if they are asking for payment then why it is only for the month of may, where are the remaining month?

Team, request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.
