My self Sanjeev kumar, being an Indian Citizen and a Government employee.
With respect to Title mentioned above, it is to state that, i bought a Tata Photon Internet Connection during the month of August’ 2011 by making an Advance payment of Rs. 5000/- for which i had been alloted to use unlimite internet connection for the period of six month from the period of subscription. In this regard it is to mentioned that the connection which i had taken is an prepaid internet connection for which i had made an advance payment of Rs. 5000/- as mentioned above.
However after the completion of six month the telecom company reminding me to make payment of outstanding dues of Rs.2261/- for the month of Jan, Feburary/March’2012 even without using the connection after the expiry of my alloted time of six month. in this regard it is to mentioned that the internet connection which i had taken was a prepaid connection, than how the company can ask me to deposit the money after expiry of stipulated period of time even without using the internet connection.
you are therefor requested to kindly look into the matter and obliged.
