not yet recieved my sim card

Name of company/service: idea cellular

i had applied for new connection from idea cellular in last month, also submitted all my documents and rs.100, but till yet not recieved my sim……… as it is in active state anybody can misuse it……. kindly do the needful as soon as possible..
