I purchased Gigaset SIEMENS codeless phone SIEMEANS C360 on Feb 2010.
Phone was not working due to base problem and send to your shope for reparing.
you said that phone send to company’s workshop at
InTarvo technologies Ltd.,
1st floor, Rituraj Complex,Swastik Society,Navrangpura, Ahmedabad on 30.08.2011.
and they give me estimate for repairing charges for Rs.2,273/- when the phone purchase
by Rs. 2,100/- and repairing charges is Rs. 2,273/- it is justify?
I ask why the repairing charges this much. The techinicians said that phone is not repareble and both
unit has to be replace.
Sir, when I purchase phone of Standard International Company and after 1 & half year phone is not
working and same was not repairable and also said that no warranty for the said phone.
Why you sell this type of phone. I am regularly used Panasonic codeless phone but you suggest me
Siemens phone and i purchase in that impresion the SIEMEANS is also standard company its product
is also standard.
I request your company’s workshope to replace it they said that there is no
value of your phone you throw it in dustbeen and purchase new phone.
since last four months my codeless phone kept with you for repairing and you are not repaire it and not replace it.
I surprise that when you are a delear of Standard Company like SIEMEANS and do not solve this problem why you
continue delearship?
i request you to take decision immedietly and give me my codeless phone repaired/replace what ever possible
otherwise i will take necessary action against you and your company.
