Rude behaviour in respect of attending costumer request. I have applied to transfer of my bank account from Bagdogra SBI branch to Lucknow sending request two times through speed post. First time response was not receiving the letter. But now when second letter is reached bank manager and staff is not interested to receive calls made by me regarding transfer of bank account. This is harrasment with respect to costumer service. I have tottaly lost the faith ont his bank. Please take necessary steps to correct their behavior and help me out.
