This is to inform you that, I have already write a mail or log are complaintb in videpcon d2d customer support team. But rtill now problem is not resolve the issue was coneduvted on 4th June’13, but im quite busy so i’ll log the complaint on 7th June on call, his representative said issue will resolve with next 24 hours, but no response i’ll again follow up on 10tyh june they said same copy past again im call on 13th June’13 or also write a mail but till now none response.
We need proper response with reimbursement of my call or adjust the amount in my monthly invoice because last 12 -15 days we are not take your services.
Hope you take quick action on my complaint.
