Not supplied the software and not refunding money

Name of company/service: Mastech Wireless Technologies Pvt Ltd (Mr. Milind Jalgaonkar)

Mastech Wireless Technologies Pvt Ltd (Mr. Milind Jalgaonkar) informed me that they will sell the source code of a rummy game for Rs.180,000. He also given a commitment that he will provide the source code once I deposit Rs.50,000 in his ICICI account. Remaining amount once Mastech Wireless Technologies Pvt Ltd (Mr. Milind Jalgaonkar) fix all the bugs in the application and deliver it.
Despite the fact that I deposited Rs.50,000 in his ICICI account, he refused to deliver the source code and claims that I need to pay Rs.75000 extra for the source code and also not returning the money.

Kindly help me to get my money back.
