Not sending product after receiving money

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Rediff.com

Here i want to tell you this forum that i have requested to purchase one Iron stand from rediff.com (online). I have placed my order (order no. 7209154)and paid the amount through netbanking.I have placed my order on 26th June and received the same.i found that product defective. i had a word with Customer support of rediff.com and they told me to send the product back through courrier service provided by them. i have sent back the product to them on 12th July 2012 air way bill number :- “778278241”. After that i am continouly do follow up with customer care through emails but no response from their side. i called them several time, every time they assure me to solve the issue but it has not been resolved so far.

seeking for your help to look into the matter and help to get either my product or my money back.
