Not satisfy with service center

Location/place: Nawabganj, Bareilly

Name of company/service: Sony

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchased a laptop Sony Viao Dual core from Reliance digital, Phonix mall, bareilly on 25th May,2012 and from may on wards I am facing processing problems and touch pad problems with laptop and visited service center 3 times and also complained on customer care but still problem is same here in my laptop and not getting proper response from service center and customer care.
