I am the holder of petro bonus card No.7241760260057263 and I have redeemed the petrol miles on dated 12.11.2012 and item code was 1201 and for the above said items the 6666 petro miles were redeemed by the authorized agent of Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD–380015 and till date my mobile no —9825689058 of vodafone service provider is not topped up my balance by rs.100/- still pending.I made request and complaint to the Bharat Petroleum, KUMAR PETROLIUM, JODHPUR, AHMEDABAD-380015 but nothing has been done even after passing of NINE days As per the terms and conditions of the company, it was stated that the gift will be handed over to the customer within 24 hours now 216 hrs has already been passed and nothing has been done from the company side, Kindly do the needful and look into the matter expeditiously .
