my name is swaraj kumar. i had purchased one shoes before 2-3 months from converse(lotto) show room from gopalan arcade(near raja rajeshwari nagar).my shoes having defect, i went to that mall but no one in that shop is exchanging or repairing my shoes.the worker told there is such repair and exchange, but at the time of purchasing she only told that if any thing happen with my shoes she will exchange or repair my shoes. so please take my comment seriously..thank u
