i book a hotel by online booking with help of expedia.com,they are transect my money twice through online banking,and booing was not confirm,and said than nothing to worry your booking was not confirm and your money will b return after 72 hrs,i wait for 72 hr after that i call them n ask abt money,then they r saying that my money cant b refunded bec of my booking was confirmed,but if my booking was confirm they dosnt call or email me for confirmation, í droped my idea for thatday for jorney due to not confirmation my booking,and they also not returning my money ,plz help me
