Not return my claim amount

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: gwalior&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: United India Insurance companny ltd.</p>sir i boyght a nokia c5 mobile from BIG BAZAR on date 19/02/2012.they provide an extra insurance on this mobile for accidental damage, manufacturing fault and theft.
After 5 month my mobile phone’s touch screen was troubled.
According to insurance company i repaired my phone by nokia service centre by my own money.
They said that, after submission of repaired bill, insurance paper and mobile perchasing bill.they return my repaired amount (rs-2000).but they not return my amount yet.
Sir what shold i do?
