i am soldier in BSF and working at Jammu region, 01 June 2012 i proceed on 18 leave to my home town Tirunelveli while chennai through ,during the period i use my Aircel tamil nadu mobile connection i.e 9750551122 in home town, 02 June 12 i recharged Rs 258 /- on mobile through online SBI netbanking in this regard i have confirmation but money not credit to my mobile account.in this regard compliant lodged on same. on13 jun 12 again lodged compliant but till date not response the customer request and not solve the problem.
