Not response for FD maturity

Dear All,

I am writing this mail on the behalf of my mother (Munni Begum). She had fixed deposit rs. 63350/- on 11/06/2013 for 6 year, now six year has been completed. She went to Sahar office for maturity. But Sahra’s officers reused for maturity. After that she went to Branch Manager, he also refused. they were saying it will be take 3 year for maturity.

Now we are suffering financial problem. so need urgent money, My father is ill and his treatment is going on and he is on bed rest last 20 days. And need money for marriage of my elder sister who is PH.

Please maturity of this FD on urgent basis.
