my name is o.v.suresh i have purchase xolo q3000 mobile flipcart on jun 9th 2014 order no is OD40608110625, and i have also purchase e tech 2years extended accidental protection for rs 3300/- order no is OD40608120625.
But while i purchased mobile first three months my mobile charger is burning i went to customer care no response. second thing while 9 to 10 month signal problem find so many time signal is very low. and third problem is recently 10 to 15 days mice problem i have speak to others they say to me your voice is cut to cut.
first time i went to Vijayawada BEST MOBILS customer care chargers is no stock
and second thing i went to Hyderabad this shop is frequently closed and recently went to Vijayawada customer care center they said to me warranty time is expire so i did not help.
my phone has booked in vijayawada but this phone did not delivery in MARKAPUR
i have send compliant to flip cart customer support, they have give pickup in Delivery address in vijayawada.
I have went to vijayawada on 18-10-15 no response other wise i have come back markapur.
so many times 14-10-15 to till date i have send e mails and they give time prolong them.
finally i have no a source i will compliant to you sir.
document proofs i have bills two invoices and corresponding mails i have sir.
please give me my compliant sir.
