Not responding to a service request

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: Samsung Electronics

Our refrigerator has not been functioning properly for the past one week.Inspite of requesting for a service representative, through their official channels, to check on the problem,there has been no response to our requests or rather pleas.All the perishables are getting spoilt since we are unable to store them.We didn’t expect this from a brand like Samsung.Didn’t know what else to do hence this complaint.Please help us out!
