not responding for our call

Name of company/service: induction cook top prestige

we have purchase an induction cook top of prestige in the month of august and after one month it is not working. As it is in the warranty period we went to the dealer he said that you yourself call the customer care prestige.Even after calling many times from last month they are not responding to our call.so please do the needful to us.
