Not resolving issue

You have my contact numbers i practically call reliance 4 days a week

I have been calling reliance broadband customer care and nodal office atleast 4 days a week as that is the frequency of my problem. The dsl light on my routers stop working. And I don’t have connection for atleast 5-6 days a month but get a full bill and reminders to pay. Your people close the complaints without verifying with me so that I won’t get a refund. I always hear the same answer that i will be provided a final resolution. Inhave been hearing this answer for about 6 months.
This is very frustrating the way you are treating my problem. I have been a customer for 8 plus years and you are treating us like crap! I am facing this issue without any permanent resolution for the whole 2015 and second half of 2014. 200+ complaints later we are still at square one. This is fraudulent behaviour on your part. As you don’t give service for a month but send bill for the entire amount and lie on calls saying i will get a permanent resolution. So please start acting! Last week i did not have net fri-mon and this week i am at the risk of the same problem!!
