I bought a JBL J33 headphones from online shopping website www.naaptol.com on 05/04/2013. It came with one year manufacturer warranty. It stopped working after a month. So i took it to Reliance ResQ, Hari Nagar which is authorised service centre for JBL. I submitted my product on 19/05/2013. But even after one month and twenty days, they have not replaced the product.
I have contacted the Reliance ResQ staff several times and I even tried to contact JBL through their facebook page but they were unable to provide me a replacement. I am extremely dissatisfied by the service JBL has provided me.
I want concerned authorities to take an action or i will lodge a written complaint against JBL in consumer court.
