not replacing the damage product case id: 504176

I purchased Glen induction cooktop on 1st Nov’12. I recd .the damage product on 11th of Nov’12. I reported this on the same day and I got the assurance that it will be reversed picked up and replaced. Thereafter I have made several call and each time I got the same assurance that the case manager will talk to u today. But I have not recieved any call from there end. The online status showed them case will be solved by 5th of Dec’12. Now it is 15th So I am losing my patience now.
