Not replacing defective part in Warranty time period

I made a complaint about one defective part in Pedestal fan brought from one of the retail store in NOIDA.

One first visit they do some JUGGAD with the defective part not succeed in that.

On second visit they came up with a old part to replace it, I refused to do so. I don’t want an old part for my new P. fan. This is the second summer I never ever used this just because of defective part.

Now it’s almost two month I am frequently calling on USHA service no, and each time the bluffing us that we will do it soon.

My product warranty is going to expire on 16-06-13

I want my product to be replaced with the new one.
