Not repairing my Nokia which is under warranty.

Nokia phone is under warranty. First time I contacted them at Nokia care laxmi nagar delhi, they updated my phone software. I experienced the same problem with in next half an hour. They again update my software after 15 days. When I contacted them first time, they insisted me to increase the warranty for the phone. I did the same. When I contacted them again, they keep my phone for two days, still the same issue. I contacted them again, they told there are few drops of water in your phone after six months and they are demanding me 3000rs for the repairing of my phone. I am 100% sure that there is not even a single drop of water in my phone. Please do the needful.
