I order for a sample album at zoomin.com on 30th Nov, which cost was Rs:50 after discount but by mistake i seletec 2 copy of same album and paid amount of Rs374.56. But immediately i realized that i did something wrong and immediatly informed to Zoomin customer care that by mistake i placed order for two copy but i dint want it.I want only one which has cost of Rs:50 and refund my rest of the money but they replied that they can’t, next day they sent me a mail that they are refunding only Rs: 262 and cancelling my discounted sample copy.they are offering sample album in RS:150 which has cost only Rs:50.56. Now i inform them don’t want my order cancel it and just refund my whole money. But they are not ready for that.They are processing my request against my will.I don’t want any service from their side. Please do need ful and help me to get my money back. That company deduct the money and then forget to give service to customer.
