NOT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT

Name of company/service: MICROMAX

I made the payment for canvas 4 on 9th June and as per companies terms shipment should be done within 7 day of payment. in-between though 7 days I tried to contact customer care regarding color of phone but no reply. on 26-27 June they send white color which I didn’t accept & i asked 4 black color. they informed m that black is not available right now. so i told i don’t to cancel the order. till date they have not refunded my money also.

  1. 1. My Mobile no.9050444100was registered with vodafone @ my e-mail id i.e. [email protected] for e-bil to save paper work (enviornment friendly) but till now i have not received any e-bill at my registered e-mail id.

    2. Request of Postpaid to Prepaid was given on dated 25/6/2013 but till now its not done. Result is shown at your vodafone store Palwal is suspended to service of this mob. no. 9050444100.

    3. At the time of “Thank You” calling from vodafone deduction of some amount by your company. Your client was said that your amount has been release but till not its not released.

    4. At the time of visit at vodafone store Palwal for the request of Post to Pre, Sim was issued wrong i.e. Postpaid, but as per request Sim issued to me Postpaid to Postpaid.

    5. The Vodafone company is pressrised to me for deposit your pending amount, but i have said that at the time of Post to Pre at Vodafone Store Palwal my security amount will be adjust in bill amount too the next bill has been raised by the company with the charges of Monthly Rental and Serrvice Tax.
