I had internet connection of Ortel Communications Broad band service vide consumer no 566336.
Ortel is charging advance bill for every month, which means they collect subscription payment in the beginning of the month.
Rest of the month they are not considering any deduction in next bill due to non usage of service on technical faults of them.
In the month of March 2012 I hade lodged 12 complains in different dates and no one has paid attention on complains.
In the month of April Again they have collected subscription fee without solving my problem
finally I had surrendered the connection on 10th April 2012 with all the accessories.
At the time of disconnection it was assured that you will get your security refund within 45 days and extra charges will be refunded.
Now they are totally refusing to refund the security deposit and the amount they have taken as subscription fees without services.
