Not refunding of my 5000 rs from E-Wallet to my credit card and

By using my “Digi Purse” Android app from “Union Bank of India”, i recharged Rs.5000 to the E-wallet on jan 28th 2018. And now my DIGI PURSE WALLET balance is Rs.5000

I need the same amount back to my credit card.and i request to the bank persons by mail and call so many times.
But i didn’t get the SLA time to resolve this issue.

Please help me to return back my amount to my credit card ASAP
