not refunding my money

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: patna&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Guru kashi university</p>I’d taken my admission in GURU KASHI UNIVERSITY but due to some personal reason i’d cancelled my admission and when i said them for my fee refund they said to me that they send the DD to my address till October but till now i hav’nt got anything and when i call them they always give me a new no. but not any final decision plz do something
