Not refunding my money

A company name Sana Food Products(Chotiwala) Rishikesh. there products Namkeens for that Business head name Rohit Bawa came and did the discussion after that on 5th may we did the RTGS of 5lac but now due to personal reasons we dont want to continue & at the same time they have even not appointed any distributor or sub stockist ,,,now this man Rohit Bawa (9654410839) not picking the phone they have no contact in kolkata the office is also in rishikesh there sales man name Partho , & Subro are doing nothing plzz help me as i m very need in emergency for my own money…
