i give him order to timtara on 18 feb 2012 order id 10193369 amount rs 1999 of xbox cordless joystic and another one in 23 feb 2012 order id 10197615 rs 18699 of microsoft xbox 360 game console.after two months they say we donot have stock and give you money back ,but till date on 27 august 2012 they dont giving my money back ,atleast 100 of call i done and mail him but they didnt give money and atleast call me , i talk to customer care person name JYOTI,SHUBHAM.PRATIK,ANJU,MOHIT,ANJALI,GAURAV KUMAR,this are the person whom i talk reagarding my refund but they didnt give any responce,when i taik to him that transfer your call to ur head department then also they are not transfering call and cut down the call atleast i spend 3000 rs fore call to him till date
