Not refunding money after cancelling my ticket

This is in public interest I am going to share my horrible experience with Goibibo. Apparently I am a Platinum Level customer and this is the kind of service they provide to us.
So on 2nd July, I tried booking a flight ticket PNR HBKKKC. After making the payment the app gave me an error message that it wasn’t booked. So I went over to the home page and did a second booking for the same person, same day, same time and same airline. PNR SY25PY. After making the payment for the second booking I am receiving this message that my account was debited for both the bookings and I have 2 live air tickets for the same person at the same time. Tickets were for Rd 11,000 each. So I tried calling their helpline no 1800-208-1060. Their response was give us sometime we will get back to you with a solution. To my surprise their solution was to cancel my ticket with the cancellation charges (which is more than 50% of the ticket cost btw). I mean if I had to bear the cancellation charges for a fault in your website I wouldn’t have contacted you at first place. When I refused to do so they asked for all sorts of screenshots and payment failure messages promising me to get back within 24 hours after raising their issue with the tech team. But to my despair it’s been more than 96 hours(4 days) and I am still awaiting for my refund or atleast a decent call back from them addressing my grievance. They only call me to tell me that I will have to bear the penalty as it is not their fault. But I am not a fool to book 2 tickets for the same person for the same day if their website wouldn’t have given me that error message as he will not be able to travel on both. I just want my entire refund of Rs 11,000/- ASAP. They are harrassing me to provide screenshot of the error message received in the app but I have not kept a screenshot of the same as it was not of concern at that time because I thought of booking another ticket if this wasn’t booked. Later on they go and confirm my payment without my intervention and now refuse to pay me back. This is fraudulent activity. And I would like you to take strict actions against them so that they don’t harrass anyone else in future for something like this.
