I made a payment of Rs. 2199 on February 22nd to buy a rice cooker (Order no.10196181). Till now didn’t receive the product and the status shows refund pending for the past three months, when contacted to customer care on May 23rd they told me to wait, till now nothing has happened. So that i filed the complaint.
