Not Refunding money

Name of company/service: Rediff shoppings

Sir,

I ordered Indian Economy by Ramesh singh (2 Nos) , ORDER NO. 8085687 from REDIFF SHOPPINGS and after some time on jun 15 i received an email stating that my order had been cancelled and the amount Rs 526 will be refunded in my account within 7 working days. But even after 25 days I didnot received my money back. And i tried to call on their customer care but each time their executives are busy.I registered my no. to get a call back but no one call me back. Now i am irritated with their response.I also emailed this to them. But nothing has happened.

I want my money back and these people should be penalties for their no response.
