I have received defective product ShopClues suggested me to go service centre to repail mobile but there no any service centre in Sholapur I want refund

Hi,
I called on ideas toll free no. to get free recharge as per msg send by idea. Neither the msg or the call state that I’ll get charge for that conset. When the bal got over n I lost my bal I call idea n asked for the refund but they r keep saying that the conset was chargeable. I hv send them the msg whch I had received but still no resolution.Kindly do the needful. My complaint no. is 1-68353929119.
