Today… Thursday 2nd june 2015, time 12 pm , I was browsing songs website… airtel MY PLEX MOBILE TV advertisement were flashing since 10 minutes… got bored clicking back and close…. suddenly I got message “Thanks for choosing MYPLEX MOBILE TV on your airtel mobile. You have been charged Rs40.0 for 9days.A/c balance: Rs3.89 at 12:05″….. I really got shocked…. I immediately called customer care number they got lots doors to enter and finally I was connected to customer executive…. I told my problem what happen….. they replied that balance will not be refunded but the service will be stopped…. they really have bad slow services… plz help me reslove my problem….. Thank you…

This is to inform u that I am consumer of cabel tv operator (DEN KASHI) dealer star vision ,koluha vinayaka varanasi. Sir, dealer star vision owner mr. Ashok kumar is not able to continue his dealer ship because he will never give us monthly receipt and when we ask sir pl.give me the proof after then u will say that u r not given me monthly rent then were we go. Then he abuse us and he is cut my connection when we ask why u cut my conection then he say (JAO TUMHARE CONNECTION KABHI CHALOO NAHI HONE DENGE KYOKKI TUMNE PAYMENT NAHI DIYA HAI ) sir mai kya karoo pl. Take some action against him. -
