Not refunded my courier charge of ₹380
Product quality of the double bed sheet I ordered was not up to mark,so I had to send the product back to Delhi office of Snapdeal.As there was no reverse pickup facility from my address,so they adked me to send the product to their Delhi office at my expense.They assured me to reimburse my courier charges once they received the product.But it has been 4months they have not refunded my money back insipe of countless calls and mails.Evey time I call they tell that we shall revert back in 48 hrs but nothing happens.Kindly help me to get out of this problem.I am pissed of calling them repeatedly,but all in vain. My order number is 977950494 &my registered no is 8983617709.I have already forwarded them the scan copy of the courier receipt.
