not refunded for cancelled kingfisher flight after 4 months

Location/place: pune

Name of company/service: makemytrip

I booked two kingfisher flight tickets from makemytrip.booking id for those are NF2203821933519(delhi to pune, 10 dec)
NF2203821933403(pune to delhi, 2 dec)
both flights were cancelled so I asked for makemytrip for refunds. they assured for refund within one month but they have not refunded it till yet even after 4 months. plz help
