hello there,
I have purchased 2 products online from Rediff shopping.
Both items were defective.So I tried to call at their customer care no.1800 266 2333 for three days, but no one was answering the call..
So,I went to thier web site(shopping.rediff.com)and tried to purchase a thing but did not buy and came out of website without payment. Within 5 min, I got the call from their sales department and they asked me to purchase the thing..So, when I told them about my defective product, they told me to call at customer care.But I told him that no one is receiving the call. So, he told me to Mail at their [email protected]
I mailed them about my problem and I got the revert like below.

We request you to kindly send the item back to our seller within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet.
Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
Kindly do note: the above two points are to be strictly adhered to so that the sellers may process with a refund.

I read this mail on 3rd july and tried to call customer care about some doubts.As usual no one replied and I again tried to purchase a product but did not buy..Again I received a call within 5 min..But this time they did not listen my complaint and cut the phone.
I repeated this process 5-6 time,but the result was same.So,I send one of the item back by courier within the 7 days(10th july).But no response is given from them.
I have already one of the defective product with me.And another I have send them back.
Please do listen my complain and give me justice and take strict action to this shopping web site,so they stop doing the same with other customer
