Dear Sir/Mam,
I have used talktym on line services for paying my Idea Bill on 8 July’13 which failed from their side but the bill amount was deducted from my account.
I got this msg from there site
“Your order no. 13070824170876 was failed”
I have registered complaint thrice on their site, but not get any refund on my account.
So,i want to take action against them through this forum. I hope i will get my money Rs. 221 back from them.
