The company stiuated in U.P.I applied a Personal loan of Rs.400000 lacs. The company sanctioned loan on 31.01.13. I gave the company of Rs.1200 for Processing fees & Administrative charges of Rs.12950 in Sudesh Bhosle account who is senior manager of the company. In sanction letter it said that all charges of refundable at the time of disbursement of within 45 days. I was not availed the loan. But after 45 days i donot refund my money. I called him mr. Vivek Bhushan who dealed my proposal . He said that company will get back the money. But day after day gone I donot get my money.
