I had recharged my airtel digital tv on June 22nd 2012 and the on July 1st 2012 the amount was showing negative when check with the customer care they said it due to some issue, the July recharge was adjusted to May and the May recharge has been sent to my bank account on July 1st 2012. So i had to recharge again but till date i have not received that money to my account. I have called the call center so many times I have not got proper response and they put me on hold and disconnect my calls. I never have such experience ever from any customer center, this is ridicules and I guess you need to more professional people handling the customers.
