not recieving payback points and T24 talktime

Location/place: kolkata

Name of company/service: big bazar

on 27.06.2012 i have shopped of worth Rs 1239.00 from BIG BAZAR , 7, J L neheru Road, Kolkata 700013, and my bill no is Tr:70095. According to the Big bazar (Future group) Terms and condition i should recieve 100 pay back bonus pionts and rs 60 talk time in T24 sim .But when i checked my payback account there is no transaction on 27.06.2012 and no balence added to my T24 No.

    i too had faced similar issue.when i shared my payback card no to them i got to know that my points were credited
