Hello Sir/Mam I purchased sneakers online from bestylish.com (Order No.100212319) .I made the payment for the same by online banking.But because the company send me a wrong size of the shoes I returned them by 18th june.After that the company informed me through a mail that they transit the refund of Rs.699 by transaction ID # 201206190122523 in my account .But till now I don’t get any refund in my account.I called many times for the refund but they are not ready to give me any solution.They argued that they transfer the funds and it is not their responsibility to make sure that I get my money back.Company URL http://www.bestylish.com.Please help me to solve this problem
